Wednesday Wegetables

I was introduced to green smoothies about two years ago.  At the time, the combination of spinach and banana didn't thrill me.  Now it's my favourite way to start the day.  There's something about a kale, spinach, bok choy, swiss chard, two banana, two apple, hunk of pineapple puree that makes my heart sing and my cells thank me.
 
"Thank you, Maggie! Thank you for chugging that litre of beautiful, vitaminny goodness. We feel invigorated.  You're a pal." 
 
Then they smile.
