Wolourful Whili...Wust We Wednesday

 
If, for you, chili is thick and meaty by definition, you are not likely to enjoy this dish.  If, on the other hand, bright, colourful, nutrition with serious kick is more your style, then I have the chili for you.  Personally, if it's covered in green onion, cilantro, avocado and yogourt I will eat it, then I will rave about it, then I will blog about it, then I will make it again and again for the rest of my life.
