Wegetarian Wednesday With Wegumes

Historically, veggie burgers and I have not been best friends.  They fall apart, or have no flavour, or take forever.  It's a new day.  This chick pea burger knows it's a patty, is made of flavour, and comes together in twenty minutes.  I will make this again.  But then, cumin, tahini, parsley, and I get along really well and have from the beginning. 

*This post is part of series.  I'm thinking about how I do meat and giving it less space on my plate.  On Wednesdays this space is reserved for wegetables.*
