Wouswous Wikes Wolives...Wand Wi Wike Wouswous

Couscous and I have avoided each other for more than a decade.  I've been fine with that.  Until now.  This salad has brought us together.  I didn't know couscous was so quick and easy to prepare.  Bring water to a boil.  Add couscous.  Cover.  Remove from heat.  Wait five minutes.  Fluff.  Really.  That's it.  Why haven't we been close all these years.  Maybe because I didn't know that when I ate it with red onions, kalamata olives, feta and arugula I would fall in love.
